Their season may just have finished but today Munster Rugby launched their new Home & Alternate Jerseys ahead of next season.

The new home jersey manufactured by adidas is made with smooth, lightweight fabric that keeps you cool, dry and comfortable. Featuring a bold print inspired by the noise in Thomond Park after kick-off. Complete with the Munster Rugby logo on the left chest.

Other features include, Batwing sleeves, Red 3-Stripes on the shoulders and ”Stand up and fight” text embossed on the neck tap.

The alternate jersey follows the same template and styling but in traditional navy and red styling.

We think the jerseys look real sharp but many people on Twitter are not impressed.

Going to honest and say, it’s the probably the worst kit I’ve ever seen, looks like no thought went into the designing, it’s not going to be kind too those who like big sizes, it’s just dreadful, time for Adidas to go

They're looking more & more like Soccer Jerseys, what used to set Rugby jerseys apart was thick cotton and a nice collar, obviously with the intensity of modern day rugby heavy cotton isn't realistic but they still held onto some form of a collar but now that's gone it's generic

Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse than those vile turquoise jerseys …this happens!!!
The old deep red colour is far classier than this bright tomato colour which on pale Irish skin will look like blood on bandages …the stripes are old fashioned and NO COLLAR????
