Ulster head coach Dan McFarland has decided to name two changes to his side for their return fixture against Harlequins in the Champions Cup at Twickenham Stoop this Friday at 19 45.

Following last weekend’s narrow 25-24 win over the same opposition McFarland has chosen to make one change each to the forwards and backs. In the forwards Kieran Treadwell comes into the second-row, while in the backs Matt Faddes returns to the starting line-up.

Elsewhere, it’s as you were last week with Eric O’Sullivan and Marty Moore either side of hooker Rob Herring in the front-row, with Treadwell partnering captain Iain Henderson in the engine-room.

Sean Reidy is at blindside-flanker, with Jordi Murphy at openside and Marcell Coetzee completes the pack from No 8.

The ever-improving John Cooney is once again joined in the half-backs by Billy Burns, with last weekend’s man of the match Stuart McCloskey linking-up with Luke Marshall in the centre.

Louis Ludik opens up on the left-wing, with Faddes on the right and Jacob Stockdale continues at full-back in what is an exciting back-three.

There is plenty of talent on the bench for McFarland to call upon if needed with the likes of Tom O’Toole, Matthew Rea, Bill Johnston and Craig Gilroy among the replacements.

Ulster are hoping to make it four wins from four in the pool, which would see them in pole position to qualify for the knock-out stages and continue their impressive start to the season, but they will be all too aware of how hard Quins will push them following last week’s narrow loss.

Check Out the Full 23-Man Squad Below.

Starting XV:

Jacob Stockdale, Matt Faddes, Luke Marshall, Stuart McCloskey, Louis Ludik, Billy Burns, John Cooney; Eric O’Sullivan, Rob Herring, Marty Moore, Kieran Treadwell, Iain Henderson (Capt.), Sean Reidy, Jordi Murphy, Marcell Coetzee

Replacements:

Adam McBurney, Andrew Warwick, Tom O’Toole, Alan O’Connor, Matthew Rea, David Shanahan, Bill Johnston, Craig Gilroy
