Hard to believe it’s over already but we were treated to some high quality rugby over the last couple of months.
A strange Six Nations campaign saw most teams heavily disrupted with injuries so continuity in squads was not as high as in previous tournaments.
Injury robbed us of seeing more of the high profiles names that would have been favourites to be in ‘The Team of the Tournament’ at the start of the campaign with the likes of Stuart Hogg, Maro Itoje, CJ Stander, Hamish Watson, Mako Vunipola all having their campaigns limited with injury.
Round 5 certainly brought a few new names into the conversation but we’ve picked on consistency over the whole 5 Rounds.
Lots of tight calls, especially in the front and back row but we’ve decided on our XV.
