Wales lock Cory Hill has been ruled out of the rest of the Six Nations due to an ankle injur.
Dragons row, Hill was injured during Saturday’s clash against England during which he scored a try as Wales walked away victorious with a 21-13 win in Cardiff.
The Welsh Rugby Union said that Hill will miss the remainder of the tournament. Wales will have to beat Scotland on March 9th in Edinburgh and Ireland in Cardiff a week later to claim the Grand Slam.
The 27-year-old has played a key role during Wales’ 12-game unbeaten run that stretches back to February last year.
With Hill on the sideline, Adam Beard and Jake Ball are the 2 most likely candidates to join skipper Alun Wyn Jones in the second-row.
